Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology

 

The Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology Program provides specialized occupational instruction in all phases of hotel and restaurant management to prepare students for careers as managers and supervisors in the hospitality and tourism industry.  Completion of the 2-year program leads to an Associate Degree.  In addition students who complete the Hotel and Restaurant Management Technology Program are eligible for the following certifications.  

 

  • ManageFirst Certifications from the National Restaurant Association Educational Foundation
  • Certifications from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association in Specialized Food and Beverage Management and/or Hospitality Operations
  • ServSafe Sanitation Certification from the National Restaurant Association
